There are a number of ways for families, individuals, businesses and community organizations to get involved with Meriden Children First Initiative.
Family Involvement
Families throughout greater Meriden are encouraged to get involved with CFI by attending any of our upcoming activities including Parent Leadership Training and Family Resource Center parent/child nights.
Individual Involvement
Meriden CFI welcomes individual volunteers who can share their time providing our office with clerical support including the promotion and marketing of upcoming activities.
Business Involvement
Local businesses have the opportunity to provide in-kind and financial support to CFI activities and can "loan" members of the business to sit on a variety of panels that report on the status of Meriden's children.
Community Organization Involvement
Local community organizations that provide services and support to Meriden residents are encouraged to get involved with the CFI Collaborative, researching and making recommendations to city and state officials that will make a difference in the lives of Meriden's children.
